When You Can Request a Refund
- Damaged items — Your order arrived with broken, crushed, or visibly damaged packaging or medication.
- Wrong item received — You received a different medication, dosage, or quantity than what you ordered.
- Missing items — One or more items from your order are missing from the shipment.
- Quality issues — Medication appears discolored, has an unusual odor, or shows signs of contamination.
- Order not delivered — Your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and tracking shows no progress.
- Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same order.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- Used or opened medications — For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on medications that have been opened or partially used.
- Change of mind — Refunds are not available if you simply changed your mind about the purchase after delivery.
- Customs seizure — We are not responsible for orders seized or destroyed by customs authorities in your country.
- Incorrect shipping address — If the order was shipped to a wrong address provided by the customer at checkout.
- Requests after 30 days — Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date are not eligible.
- Promotional items — Bonus pills or free promotional items included with your order are not eligible for refund.
